Great staff, good location

Pros: All the staff were very friendly and helpful, special mention to Peter, who was on the desk when we arrived, an absolute first class gentleman.

Great stopover on Lake Erie

Pros: We just stopped en route to Indiana and had a lovely, comfortable, stay. There was a good choice of breakfast. We enjoyed walking to the lake edge and drinking in one of the local bars.

Great price, clean rooms, nice staff

Pros: The place was immensely clean, the room was large, and the staff were nice.

Cons: There is nothing I disliked.

Pros: The room vas very confortable and quiet, the staff was helpful and the location was great

Cons: The breakfast, not used to having my eggs from a tube.

Pros: Have stayed there on several occasions. Staff very friendly and rooms always clean.

Cons: Check in was a bit of a problem. System was down when we arrived. However we were checked in manually and the problem was later resolved. They might want to check on their service provider to eliminate this problem in the future

Quiet stay with a touch of history.

Pros: Hotel is right on the lake. Nice walk down the pier. Indoor pool was nice too. The restaurant right next door was good and open til 9. There's a beach in walking distance and other eateries in walking distance, although it is quiet when it's not in season.

Cons: No exercise room. Easy to find but you need a map.

Comfortable night

Pros: Staff were very welcoming and friendly. I only stayed one night, but it was comfortable, very nice sleep. I loved the area and view as well.

Cons: Nothing to add in particular.

Location location

Pros: Location. Harbour restaurant right next door very good River walk lovely

Beautiful location.

Pros: We love the location that's on the river edge. It's why we chose to stay there. It's a basic hotel, with basic room and breakfast. Clean, comfortable, warm - good value for money. We loved the (cold) walks around the hotel at night and early morning. Beautiful location. We couldn't stop taking photos. There was a big parking space in front that was really convenient.

Cons: There weren't restaurants nearby. You have to take your car to eat somewhere else.

Good value for money.

Pros: Exceptionally clean and warm. Breakfast good but never changed from scrambled eggs or paatty. Good choice of cereal and toast or waffles. Cleaned room when requested.

Cons: Would have liked an extra comfy chair.
