Absolutely phenomenal staff, and a great hotel. The location and the pool view of the lake, perfect!

Pros: Every staff member was extremely helpful and had exceptional customer service skills!

Cons: I would prefer a larger fridge and TV but not a deal breaker.

Nice get away

Pros: The view was great, the room was a good size. The beds were comfortable.

Cons: The tub was chipped and looked molded, there was trash left in the draws.

Love hotel, very nice and clean, friendly staff

Pros: Foot staff were excellent people were cleaning all the time the place was very clean

Cons: Only one thing that we noticed is some of the walls look like some of the paint or somebody had put Chip paint in the room with a chair or something where we got there other than that that’s all

Pros: We were double charged and it is our responsibility to dispute it and get the overage back. The staff could not talk to a manager as he was not there and would not answer his phone. Or that is what they said.

Cons: Breakfast was missing some of the items,milk was spoiled .

Port stay

Pros: Loved the brkfast and 24hr coffee set up . The view of lake from patio was very nice and the staff was very polite and tried to make our stay pleasant.

Cons: Didn't like the high pet fee and that it was nightly not per stay, but they refunded it ,so all is good.

Convenient location and nice deck

Pros: The room had lots of space and good towels. The deck in the back looking out over the water was very nice.

Cons: The room had a bit of a musty smell. The window latch didn’t close properly and it was on the first floor. I had to use a hanger as a dowel in the sliding track to feel safe.
