Pros: Close proximity to all restaurants !! Staff was very personable and courteous to all visitors! Beds are Very comfortable!!!! Will come back….

Pros: I like standing there.I just wish you had a clock in the room.

Cons: No clock in the room.

I loved the layout of the room, and the staff was fantastic.

Pros: Everyone was super friendly from the person who checked me in to the housekeeping staff. I also had the pool area to myself, and I loved that. :)

Cons: The pool had some weird scummy stuff floating on it, so I had to grab a skimmer and clean it up myself before going in. Also, the hot tub had a bit of a funky smell, and the water was really sudsy when the jets came on. A central towel station, or more/ larger towels, would have been nice, too.

Nice overnight stay for the whole family

Pros: The rooms were nice and clean, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly and courteous.

Cons: There could be more than one waffle maker at the breakfast area to decrease the wait time for making breakfast.

Prima hotel voor tussenstop!

Pros: Tussenstop op een roadtrip. Cleveland zelf is echt geen reet aan, rij gewoon door! Hotel was echt meer dan prima!! Hele grote kamer met 2x 2 persoonsbed en bank+keuken. Boeken als je twijfelt!

Cons: In de buurt is vrijwel niks

We enjoyed our stay, and would consider staying here again. Staff was attentive when we needed them

Pros: We loved the way the room was set up, we loved the pool/whirlpool room.

Cons: The ‘sofa bed’ was only a trundle twin size mattress. Had to remove sofa cushions to place mattress on to get it off the floor. There was an extra blanket and pillow in closet- but no sheets.

Great stay

Pros: Indoor pool, comfy couch, laundry, friendly and helpful staff!

Cons: I was very happy with our stay. If suggestions are wanted, it would have been cool if there were seating of some sort on the end of the building

A Great Place to Stay

Pros: This hotel is great. The breakfast and the jacuzzi are the best part. The bed are comfy as well.

Cons: The only problem I have were adjusting the thermostat in the room for comfort.

We will definitely return and recommend it to family and friends!

Cons: The bed was too low and the tissues were too far away from toilets
