Pros: Good breakfast. Close to Interstate, just before Cleveland. Very helpful staff, not only gave us a list of restaurants, but recommendations. They were right. Duncin’ Donuts and gas station right there.

Great comfy stay, Exceeded expectations!

Pros: Very clean ,comfy bed, renovated large modern bathroom and room. Great pool! Great hot breakfast with quality youghurts, fruits and eggs. Exceeded expectations! Canada take notice!

Pros: Easy access to the place with multiple restaurants around

Cons: As a person in a wheelchair, they did not plow as much and did not clear the ramp. It was difficult to get in and out of my car and the building.

Pros: Chance working at the front desk was exceptional. Will go back just because of his customer service! Keep on rockin!!

Cons: The parking lot/ sidewalks were not properly tended to with the snow and ice making it hard to park and walk up to the hotel.

A nice respite on a long road trip.

Pros: Personable and welcoming staff. Easy check in. Clean, comfortable and quiet room.

Cons: Took me awhile to figure out how to dim the thermostat screen. It's a bright beacon when trying to sleep. Figured it out in the morning. Operator error. Me.

Pros: Chance and all the other staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Really enjoyed the cleanliness and also not having to smell overly used cleaning products.

Cons: Hearing yelling in the building around 1 am on Friday night. Also, Sunday morning around 4:30 am someone checking in left radio blasting in their vehicle.

A great place to stay at a very reasonable price!

Pros: A very clean and up to date hotel! The room was very quiet. All staff members were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast service was good! A great bargain. I canceled reservations at another nearby hotel as the room was much bigger and the price much lower at the Hampton Inn and Suites

Cons: Absolutely nothing. Everything exceeded my expectations.
