Good place to stay

Pros: This place is really conveniently located near the Cuyahoga National Park so it was perfect for us. The room was nice and clean. Staff was super nice. Breakfast was simple but fine. Really good value for money.

Perfect!

Pros: I liked breakfast in the morning, the rooms were nice and the staff were great!

Cons: The key cards deactivated twice while we were there, even when I kept them separate from my phone and credit cards. The breakfast could have been changed so it wasn't the same thing everyday but it was free and good!!!

The hotel was local, clean, reasonably priced for what options were given.

Pros: Breakfast had a good variety of choices. The waffle mixture seemed thin and didn't make as nice a waffle as I've had before elsewhere. Enjoyed the jacuzzi in the room. Room was clean.

Cons: When we arrived, no one was at the desk. A bell was there to ring. I had to ring it twice before someone arrived at the desk after waiting about 8 minutes. The water temp in the jacuzzi was enjoyable but could not get any good heat in the shower.

Pros: Location to MGM Northfield, breakfast, pool, hot tub, clean, comfortable bed

Cons: Pool water wasn't very warm, however, it was a blizzard when we were there.
