Definitely will stay there again when in area.

Pros: Breakfast vey very good. The server on duty Saturday was exception! Please have the hotel pass that along. Friendly, timely, greeted guests and stayed present in dining area paying close attention to everything.

Cons: Only disappointment was the small TV. Sunday server not as good and was sitting using her phone.

Pros: We had an appointment at the Cleveland Clinic main building. It only took 35 minutes during rush hour traffic. Very convenient!

Pros: Wonderful hostess, liked that coffie was available 24/7.

Cons: Room 130 door closer slammed the door shut, needs adjustment.

Pros: Loved the size of the rooms and it's location breakfast was good staff are so so friendly and happy ot help as much as they can

Cons: Room was not cleaned the whole week during our stay and the maid only tried to clean as we was checking out

Nice facility. We were looking forward to using the pool, sadly we ran out of time

Pros: Clean, comfortable quiet, close to friends and family and especially the interstate. Staff was friendly and helpful. Coffee was great 24/7, breakfast was good as well

Very nice and well, we didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel. It met all of our needs very well.

Pros: The breakfast had a nice amount of variety in a very cheerful and helpful breakfast attendant :-) she is a terrific asset to your team.

Cons: We noticed that the room phone was not working, and the TV was not working. We came in after the quiet hour had begun and suspected that was part of the reason. But we didn’t realize that the phone wasn’t working until late on our second day. I think it’s really important for guests to be able to reach the lobby by phone for many reasons, including safety and for basic assistance and answering questions. The room was comfortable, clean and met our needs.

Everything was fine but a little more detail to cleanliness is needed. We would book again.

Pros: Room was spacious. Breakfast was fine. Staff was nice. Temperature in room was good.

Cons: Bottom of bed was soiled as was the back of the bathroom door. Needs attention.

Short stay but comfortable to sleep in for a night of rest.

Pros: It comfortably fit me, my husband and 4 kids in one room for a night of rest on our trip home

Cons: The elevator seemed like it needed attention after the first time going on it we chose to use the stairs as my kids were afraid to go on it.

I'll be back

Pros: I like the quietness, the location and the value for the price. I only need to sleep for a few hours, take a shower and depart so I am not spending much time there.

Cons: Not a big fan of the breakfast sausages, almost vegan type. Eggs are simple scrambled, they could use a little flavor. The other things available like cold cereal, yogurt, toast, waffles and so on are you would expect them to be.
