Funny stay with excellent staff

Pros: Stay for overnight was excellent, staff was realy friendly on reception and bar too. Swimming pool available, big parking lot.

Cons: Swimming pool equipment was a little old fashioned.

A great stop en route to/from Cleveland

Pros: Very good, clean hotel and amazingly friendly staff. Checking in and out was very efficient. Common areas are lovely. Rooms are good.

Cons: Fixed showerheads

Our one night stay was simply splendid in a gem of a hotel in picturesque surroundings l.

Pros: Sometimes on one’s travels you accidentally come across a gem of a hotel. The Aurora Inn is one such hotel. It’s charming in its design, decoration and ambience. It has an old world feel and mystique with the best of modern efficiency, courtesy and service. I would recommend it unreservedly to any would-be traveller to Cleveland.

Cons: Their restaurant is closed on Sunday nights and we were there on a Sunday. However, there’s a wonderful restaurant called The Cabin literally across the road from the Aurora Inn which made our evening.

Pros: The staff was wonderful and the Inn is a delightful venue, I highly recommend it!

Pros: Very friendly staff, the hotel itself was older but charming, and the location was nice.

Cons: AC was noisy. Probably needed someone to look at it.

Pros: The ambiance was great and the staff were amazingly courteous!!! The breakfast was tasty as well! Would definitele go again!

We were very happy with the price,. The area felt very safe and quiet and the staff was helpful.

Pros: Location was great for our golf vacation. It was central to the courses we were playing. Breakfast was not utilized. Restaurants were within a reasonable distance. Staff was always helpful and friendly. Hotel was quiet.

Cons: The sink faucet had low pressure and there were very few hangers in the closet.

Pros: Beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds, front desk person was very accommodating

Cons: The web site was a little misleading when it comes to disability accommodations. Pictures show ramps and bathroom grab bars but not all rooms are accessible or equipped and there wasn’t anywhere on the website to request such a room

Pros: Friendly staff, great location, clean facility. Loved the restaurant.
