Quality Inn & Suites Richfield

Great value to stay at this hotel. Very convenient to go to Cleveland and the Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

Pros: People were very nice and the hotel offered lot of services with coffee, water at our disposal in addition to what was in the room. The pool area was great as well.

Cons: The orange juice for the breakfast.

Pros: Coffee is offered 24/7 which is great! Hotel rooms surround the atrium, which is convenient but if you have a pool-side room, it tends to get extremely loud. Thankfully, they close the atrium at night to allow quiet time! The atrium consists of the pool, hot tub, game room, putt putt golf, and a play center. All of which are great for entertaining families with children. Breakfast is offered daily, however, I had to check out before it was being served so I cannot speak to the quality of the food or options.

Cons: Rooms could use some upgrades, walls had peeling paint and plaster coming down in some areas. The bath tub took forever to drain when showering. The knobs on the shower weren't working properly either, very loose and hard to turn off/on both cold & hot water. Also knob to run the shower wasn't working well either, too hard to turn.

Pros: Nick took care of us and was very patient and glad to help us when my bank had made an unusual error. Thank you Nick for your great patience and hospitality.

Pros: I never sleep well at hotels. This was the best sleep I ever had at one.

Pros: It was a nice hotel in a very pleasant area. The bed was SUPER comfortable, and the pool was really good!

Cons: The facilities were quite dated and need of some serious upgrades. We had peeling paint and a broken towel rack in the bathroom, but by no means a deal breaker. It was a nice stay and good value.

Good Place to Stay

Pros: We liked the location, and that there was a very nice restaurant within walking distance. The lobby is pretty, staff is friendly and helpful, we felt safe. Our stay was relatively affordable. Breakfast was satisfactory, with several good options. Our room was fine, but neither new nor glamorous. It was clean and comfortable though, and that is what matters most to us.

Cons: We have no complaints.

Pros: The staff were very friendly. They met all of our needs when asked. Loved the room they gave us. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The pool was clean. My grandson enjoyed playing on the indoor playground.

Cons: I can’t say that there is anything that I didn’t like about the property.

Great place to stay, especially if bringing kids along.

Pros: Very comfortable bedding and great breakfast. It couldn’t have been cleaner. This would be a great place to take kids because the pool and play area is over the top. See photos.

Pros: I liked the people at the desk was so kind and very professional.The arcade was nice the kids loved it.The pool was nice a lil crowded but overall.it was a very nice stay.We will be back.
