Good

Pros: Staff are Friendly and helpful. The location is excellent.

Cons: The room needed a bit more cleaning It was dusty Behind the bed and bedside tablets. We had a bathroom refreshment daily, We Would Much prefer a proper Cleaning of the bathroom daily.

Very charming little Inn in a great location.

Pros: Very cute Inn and very charming design. The front desk staff was really kind and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Cons: I wish they had provided bottled water in the bedrooms and the breakfast could have had a bit more variety.

Wonderful location, facilities, staff, and overall experience!

Pros: It was the perfect location. Easy walking distance from the main area of town. Staff was very friendly. The room was beautiful, and the service was top notch. I definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Chagrin Falls!

Cons: I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about this place.

Nicest staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel, quaint/beautiful hotel and town. Our favorite place to stay

Pros: Perfect location. Literally next door to 2 restaurants, and one minute or two to more. Anyone who’s been to Chagrin Falls knows this is the nicest town in the Cleveland area.

Cons: Doesn’t have amenities like fitness center or normal TV channels.

Pros: The style and design of the rooms and common rooms is excellent. Excellent staff, excellent location. Enjoyed the continental breakfast choices .

Cons: Our bed mattress was so soft as to be very uncomfortable. So difficult for my husband and I to get in and out of. It looked to have been rotated with the result being the foot of the mattress being higher than the head of the mattress . The room was showing wear and tear and could use a coat of paint. The air conditioning was difficult to maintain a solid temperature.
