Friendly and exactly what we needed.

Pros: Clean, wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Lucky was so wonderful and did everything to make our stay perfect.

Cons: Nothing, it was great.

Pros: Everything was great, their staff was helpful and pleasant, the hotel is beautiful, the breakfast was fresh and there was plenty of choices

Cons: I did not like the Booking.com experience, I will not use your site again, I made an error when booking this stay and just needed to add 2 additional days and your site/personal was not able to help me and stated that the hotel would charge me a $100.00 fee to make the change, when I contacted the hotel directly they were so helpful, adjusted my dates without hesitation and with out any penalties or additional fees

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast highly recommend recommend

Pros: The breakfast was excellent everything you could want and tasted very good. The hotel was absolutely immaculately clean. The room was very nice and the bed was so comfortable. Would highly recommend and will stay there again if we return to the area.
