Clean, comfortable and a great welcoming and accomodating staff.

Pros: The staff was exceptional. The night crew bent over backwards to accomodate an issue for me. Everyone was so friendly. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Loved the shampoo and conditioner in the wall bottles, no more trying to get stuff out of little bottles.

Cons: The shower could have used a litle TLC maintenance. Also a second waffle maker would help the many patrons, as well as filling of muffins, milk and syrup pitchers timely, and having possible disposable small containers for the waffle batter instead of a cruet that everyone used.
