We love visiting Stonewall Resort!

Pros: My family and I like going around Christmas because we love the way they decorate the place. It’s absolutely beautiful. And the food and drinks at TJ Muskies are really good. We were also pleasantly surprised by an Elvis impersonator singing Christmas songs in TJ Muskies when we went in for dinner. We love visiting Stonewall.

Cons: The only disappointment this trip was that the indoor hot tub wasn’t working and the water was super cold so everyone was crowded into the outside hot tub.

Can't reccomend enough

Pros: Stonewall is an annual stay for us. We fall in love more and more each time. Our pets enjoy it just as much as we do!

Cons: Not really a negative thing to say! The Stonewall is a favorite stay of ours. We were slightly dissapointed in our waitress at light burns on labor day firework night..we are a younger couple (both small business owners so go above and beyond with kindness and our tipping) and we really just felt like she ignored only us pretty much the whole time.. For example she did not offer to fill our waters once at dinner but then gave another table of 3 older couples all waters to take out to the fireworks. We are used to it being younger having judgement passed but still put a bit of a damper on our date night. The $75/pp buffet was lovely and well worth it and the views r top notch!

Great place to plant yourself for several days and have fun!

Pros: We ate at all 3 restaurants and the food was great! They have a wonderful place to sit in the lodge. We played games, read, relaxed. We rented kayaks and explored the wonderful shorelines. We even beached them and swam in the river. It was glorious! We took a ride on the Little Sorrel up to the dam. Wonderful! We swam in their great pool. We bought several smore kits and roasted marshmallows. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommend this resort!

Cons: The only thing that we didn't like was the noisy air conditioner units.

Lovely Valentine escape weekend

Pros: Only 2 hour drive from my home, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. Also loved all the sitting outside with the fire pits in abundance. The lobby with its grand fireplace was so beautiful and cozy

Cons: Very few amenities and we had to go search for clean towels, toilet paper and other things we needed. They don’t clean up the room except one time the whole time you’re there which I have never heard of doing that. The rooms were not as nice as I thought they would be pretty trimmed down, but the beds were comfortable. The toilet was very loose connected to the floor and the seat was loose. Your AI Ivy didn’t respond very quickly and we needed some toilet paper and so Ivy said somebody was bringing some it never arrived. I text Ivy again and she apologized, but it still never arrived. So I finally found somebody cleaning another room and I asked her for some.

A very warm and happy place to spend Christmas!

Pros: Stonewall was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holiday. It is a lovely resort with so many relaxing spaces, and surrounding views!

A last-minute decision to stay rewarded with a mini-vacation.

Pros: Nearly all the staff were very nice, helpful and efficient. (One exception, but she was probably just tired.) Dining and housekeeping staff were exceptional. Two staff members stepped in to help me move my cart.

Cons: This can't be helped, but the property was so large that it took a long time to transport luggage on arrival and departure. Also, I would have liked to use the very nice fitness center but it was a long way from my room and I didn't have the time. I was surprised by the taxes and fees added to the price of the room. However, when I checked out, the total was not as expensive as I expected. Perhaps one of the fees was a deposit? Meal prices were reasonable.

Went to celebrate my son’s birthday for the weekend had an amazing time.

Pros: The views and the beautiful stars you’re able to see at night breathe taken.
