Pros: Free breakfast, lots of room in two bedroom apartment. Staff were lovely.

Cons: Beds a little saggy, some more maintenance needed as it’s an old building.

Pros: Heaps of space in the two bedroom apartment. Staff were efficient and lovely. Breakfast basic but tasty. Very cool old bank building.

Cons: It’s an old building so needs constant upkeep. You can see it needs a little more work.

Beautiful Hotel

Pros: Nostalgic hotel setting. Excellent location to downtown amenities.

Cons: Loved the converted bank building. Really nice room with a kitchen. Excellent value.

Pros: Beautiful building, staff was great and the breakfast was very good. The bar is beautiful and the drinks were great.

Cons: The only thing is we wish food (appetizers)was served after 11:00 on the Saturday night.

A reliable option in downtown Columbus

Pros: I enjoyed my stay here nearly 15 years ago and this time was equally as good. Centrally located in downtown Columbus with shops, restaurants, and theaters nearby. A nice big lobby with bar and great breakfast buffet in the morning. A good sized, comfortable room with kitchen. The hotel is under refurbishment but I did not hear any noise. The only signs were some signs and protective plastic hung in the elevators.

Cons: No complaints. Avoid the over priced overnight hotel parking and find a spot on the street. The adjacent meters stop from 10pm - 8am.

Pros: The historical structure of the hotel. The entire staff was polite, pleasant, resourceful and treated us like family.

Cons: I did not realize at pre paying that I would have extra cost for valet parking. I would have like to be able to know that when looking at the hotel information

Pros: I loved the atmosphere and how the bank vault door is still there.

Cons: Our TV didn’t work but with so much around we didn’t even need it.

Came for a concert. Had a pleasant event and good night sleep. Highly recommended

Pros: Close to our venue Kitchen was a nice touch. Shower was good. Front desk personnel were beyond professional. Valet staff were super. Great place to stay
