Stay for visit with family for Thanksgiving.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. the pool was great to have for our grandchildren. The location was great as it was close to the interstate but not too close. It was also close to our daughter and son in law's home.

Cons: the swimming pool looked murky possibly indicating a higher than usual concentration of chloramines meaning some pool water should be replaced. The breakfast waffles couldn't fill the waffle iron and they separated in the middle. The baking powder may be old, or more may need to be added. Also some breakfast items should be rearranged to place garnishes and condiments with the eggs, waffles, cereals, etc.

Pros: Staff was incredible and accommodating! Loved the room was nice and spacious for handicap accessibility. Was home away from home with full size fridge and freezer, plates, cups, etc. Ready to have food from anywhere delivered.

Cons: The bathroom set up a little difficult for wheelchair to get on and off the toilet but everything else was great!

We loved our hotel room, especially the kitchenette! We both slept great!

Pros: I liked the egg patty and the potato, wedges. There was no milk, would have liked to have had milk for cereal. My Son wanted donut or pastries type breakfast, and there was none available. There was space for it, just looked like the hotel ran out of it. There was no bowls, so I asked for some, and and employee got some for me. Seemed like none of the employees were keeping and eye on the breakfast buffet. Would have loved to see dairy free yogurt or gluten free waffles or gluten free pancakes or sausage patties. We went for breakfast around 8:45-9 ish on 6/18/25. In the morning, there was no carts to move our luggage, cooler and bags. Please buy more carts or have a flatbed type cart or the bigger rolling type carts for guests, all guests. Thank you!

Cons: That there wasn't any tissues in the hotel room. That the pool was closed for maintenance. We came for the pool and the refrigerator/ kitchenette. The desk clerk was great, he called the hotel close to this one and they allowed us to come to their pool. Was disappointed that the pool was down for maintenance. That there was no milk for cereal, my Son had to eat dry cereal. That there was very limited options for me to eat. I am gluten free and dairy free. Would have preferred a yogurt- dairy free some fruit, like Grapefruit or fruit cup, fresh fruit cut up or sliced. Would have been nice to have gluten free oatmeal and almond milk for me to heat up in the microwave.

Pros: The grounds and location are wonderful. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I just love this place.

Cons: That I couldn't stay longer.

Pros: The 2nd shift desk attendant Friday was super friendly and polite the first shift breakfast and front desk were some of the most friendly hotel workers i have ever come across.the rooms are very comfortable and roomy and also very clean.

Cons: There was a large group staying at the hotel who had a gathering in the lobby on Saturday evening which is fine except it made it extremely hard for other guests to move through the lobby area to get out to the outside area

Pros: Great area.... Flawless facilities... Breakfast open longer than usual. Accomodated me my fiance an four kids in one room no problem

Very impressed with the space and size of room. Liked high ceilings. Very clean!

Pros: Breakfast selection was decent. Missed scrambled eggs and bacon. Coffee was delicious.

Cons: Lobby altercations with drunk adults.

Pros: Coffee was perfect! Our room was super clean and the beds comfortable, slept amazing!
