Holiday Inn Express Columbus - Ohio Expo Center by IHG

It was a quick short stay on the way to my long journey further.

Pros: Breakfast was good and healthy, I like the room quality and size. Location was also good as expected.

Pros: Hospitality was great. Liked that it included breakfast.

Pros: I love how high the beds was and in the work out room

Very nice staff, they attend to your needs as best they can. Clean Rooms and facility.

Pros: The breakfast was hot and as fresh as could be. The lady attendent was very friendly and helpful. She constantly cleaned the countertops.

Cons: The pancake and waffle machines were broken. We did not have towel bars in the room, none. Zero.

Pros: Super clean, smelled good, friendly staff, good breakfast, they sell waters, Gatorade’s, snacks. Bathrooms have DOVE products! Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion! Forgot your toothbrush and toothpaste? They got it! Just ask for it at lobby and it’s free of charge! I would definitely stay here again! Very satisfied with my stay here. Neighborhood not the best but we didn’t get bothered by anyone and the parking lot is gated here.

Pros: It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. I forgot to bring my soap, and they have Dove products in the rooms which was a plus, as well as, complimentary toiletries if you forgot one.

Cons: The only thing was the signs in the parking lot, the lobby, the way coming in to the hotel, that you should take everything out of your vehicle. You can really get the vibe that the hotel has theft problem in the area. Thankfully nothing was stolen from me.

Pros: The only bad thing was the coffee maker didn’t work and the cleaning lady knocked on the door at 11a when check out was at 11:30a

Pros: We didn't stay here- I mistakenly made the reservation at the wrong hotel and called this hotel and they fixed it. Beyond grateful for the help. My son wanted a pool for his birthday and they didn't have one. I couldn't afford to pay for 2 rooms. Just thank you so much

Employees were great! Room was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: I liked the young lady Brittany at this location. She was great to work with and has an Amazing attitude!!! I would definitely stay here again.

Cons: There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Pros: We really enjoyed the beds, they were very comfy. The location wasn't bad either. It was close to the stadium.

Cons: Our toilet constantly ran and there were red stains in the floor.
