Cozy enough for the price

Pros: The room is ideal for the price barely. Facility is good enough.

Cons: Walking on the floor for a few steps gives me a pair of dirty socks.

Pros: Very convenient,ample parking,good staff and management

Cons: Rooms could use some updating,some kind of a dresser(drawers) would be helpful so you don’t have to live out of a suitcase

Excellent value, comfortable rooms, all basic needs met and great location for the fairgounds

Pros: We've stayed here many times over the years since 2017 (we come to the AQHA Congress every year to watch the Reining Futurity), and wow have they ever upped their game! Rooms all have now been refurbished (last year they were mid-way through and our room last year would not lock from the outside). We had a room facing the congress, on the upper level, and it was very quiet - just like we had asked for. There did not seem to be the same issues with dodgy people doing nefarious business in the car park - at least not whilst we were there. This was our most pleasant stay here ever.

Cons: The only thing was - towels on the Sunday! They came to clean up, took our towels but only after we had handed them over did they tell us they did not have any clean ones yet. If they'd given us the option we would happily have kept the towels. It took until late afternoon for them to be replaced. Luckily we had already showered and didn't need another shower after we had been out - the weather was very warm and we had both showered again on the Saturday in the afternoon.

It was very comfortable and staff was very friendly.

Pros: The front office staff, Mr Emad was very helpful and supportive.

Cons: Lighting in the parking area

Pros: Staff are very friendly and helpful,clean bedding and towels.

Cons: Not a great area but no fault of hotel. Attending the Quarter Horse Congress right across the street.

Ok for the money

Pros: The bed and pillows were very comfortable the room itself was clean, no show of wear or tear on fabrics or furniture .

Cons: The bathroom shower was mil-dewwy the coffee pot that was to have been in the room was gone. And no free internet

Comfortable and economical room near downtown.

Pros: Rooms were small but comfortable, no excess noise, and extremely close to the places we wanted to be (Ohio Theater, COSI and Short North.) Very reasonable cost for a hotel right near where things happen. We would absolutely stay there again.

Cons: I always prefer a noon check-out time to an 11 AM one, but that's a quibble. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Pros: Loved the property room was just dirty as heck nothing really worked

Pros: Served us well, needed a stay closer to OSU for surgery. Staff very freindly, would stay again
