Great hotel I would stay again.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very easy to navigate and the room was excellent. I was given a suite which was like having my own apartment.

Cons: It is a 150-min Uber to the centre of Columbus but taxis were always available.

Pros: There was very well equipped kitchen in our room. We were buying prepared food in Whole Foods Market and were eating it in our room to save on restaurants. Shower and air conditioning were working well. There was even guest laundry for 1.5$ per drying/washing cycle, which was very convenient.

Cons: Breakfast was mediocre (by European standards even poor). So we skipped 2 times out of 3. Houskeeping was not consistent. One day they left only 2 towels for 3 people, 2 other days they forgot to bring toilet paper or replenish kitchen supplies.

A top-notch hotel with high-end amenities, great food and superb location.

Pros: The hotel is one of the best we have stayed at in our travels over the past 18 years. One would think it was just built... come to find out it was built in 2017! Cleanliness was remarkable, breakfast was exquisite, and the staff were responsive and accommodating. The gym was GREAT. The rooms were so very well appointed, and the decor was splendid. The value for money spent was top notch.

Cons: Nothing.

Quick one night stay heading home from somewhere else, met our needs perfectly

Pros: Friendly staff, quiet, clean, good selection of food at breakfast

The handicap room was great.

Pros: Breakfast was great. All employees were very pleasant and helpful.

Cons: No garbage can outside for guests to use. I saw three other guests pull up in front and had gathered garbage from there car to discover there was no can. They had to take it inside by the elevators to dispose of it. Not convenient for anyone. Needles to say that can was flowing over and looked trashy inside.

Fantastic expereince

Pros: I love the design, comfort, and crazy nice staff and service and 3-mile radius bus supporting you in getting around town.

Cons: Breakfast could use improvement :). It's clean and fresh, just nothing I would consider healthy. Not bad, but it is far behind the rest of the services.

This hotel is clean and comfortable; would definitely stay there again.

Pros: The room was clean and spacious and the shower was amazing and beds were super comfortable. The free breakfast was one of the best free breakfasts I’ve had.

Best place ever! You won't regret it!

Pros: This place is so amazing! We will always be coming to Columbus for all concerts and comedians and will be staying here. It is soooo clean and the bed was so comfortable. We are coming back in 2 weeks for another concert! Your staff is the best too. It's so hard to find a good hotel nowadays.

Cons: We loved everything

Great location for our concert we attended that weekend

Pros: Room was great, loved the charging station and excellent complimentary breakfast in the morning

Cons: Pool area was disappointing… water was too cold and no hot tub.
