Pros: It’s affordable, quiet,comfortable and a convenient spot for us to get my children back and forth to school. The property was pretty clean and is minutes way from restaurants and other attractions.

Pros: The location was convenient , the staff was very respectful and helpful throughout my stay and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cons: Only wished there were phones in the rooms for those who may not have access to cell phones or other devices.

Cons: Literally nothing. We had an issue with the toilet not flushing properly when we first got there but the front desk made sure it was taken care of.

Pros: We stayed here for 4 days for Sonic Temple and I must say that I was rather impressed with how clean and comfortable our room was for the price. I requested room service one of the days, and came back to a very clean, tidy, and good smelling room. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The quality of the room overall exceeded my expectations for the price.

Cons: The only reason I gave the room a 9 was because of the shower. The water pressure was really weak. Other than that, very satisfied. Perfect place to stay for a 4 day festival!!!

Cons: I thought the price was high for the area with no events happening close by. They also charge a $50 deposit to stay. Took forever for it to be refunded.

Pros: It was mostly quiet and not real close to noisy businesses

Cons: The last night there they put some people in the next room who were loud and woke me up at 1am on a Thursday morning. I had to get up at 6am. Was not happy about that especially since I had to get dressed and go to the office because the phone in the room did not work and the noisy occupants did not quiet down after I knocked on the door and asked them to be quieter.
