Awesome place to stay

Pros: Everything was perfect. Priya was extremely great. She texted and welcomed us, gave us all the details of the property. Enjoyed the pool and hottub. The room was big and clean and comfortable. Would recommend. Breakfast was hot and delicious.

Pros: The room was large and clean. Able to open up our luggages to pack stuff.

Cons: Front desk took very long (>20mins) to check us in.

Cons: Unfortunately the hot tub was temporarily unavailable during my stay. The pool was good, but I wish the chlorine smell was less strong.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Didn't have any bacon. Bathrooms were clean, but the should be handicap accessible. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Nice comfortable stay with good customer service.

Pros: The bed and pillows were comfortable, the front desk was patient and helpful, the free wifi worked just fine, and the overall cleanliness was good.

Cons: The cap for the sink drain was unscrewed and off to a side. The water in the shower took a little while to drain. Besides this everything was superb.

Nice hotel with pool and spa at a great price and includes breakfast.

Pros: I was in Columbus for a workshop. Front desk was very helpful, we came back later and the front desk gave us names for local pizza delivery. Great location for me because workshop was downtown and only took about 15 minutes to get there. Easy parking at a great price. Breakfast was included and made it downtown in a jiffy. All worked out for me!

Cons: Pool area needed more ventilation.
