Excellent stay, staff, but noisy room and might not use booking.com

Pros: The hotel is excellent! Staff is amazing!!! Room is excellent too, but the freeway noise is very disturbing. Also, the neighbors were very noisy with the tv on in loud volume since 6am. Hilton honors does not consider points booked on 3rd party website. I had no idea about that. Seems Booking.com booked my room that had the freeway on the back, and it was the most noisy place. I will return to Hampton to stay as I loved the hotel room (other than the noise), and especially the staff. But, I might not book through Booking.com because of the above reasons.

Great stop

Pros: Everything was perfect from easy check in, the room was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, we did not stay to enjoy the breakfast. We would definitely go back and recommend.

Great stay. Clean and friendly. Convenient location.

Pros: This hotel came with a high rating and lived up to that rating. We always look for a pool, and this one was heated, clean, providing high quality poolside seating! Breakfast was excellent

Cons: To be honest, the toilets were clean, but unsanitary. The bowls were so shallow, and the water level so high that our privates touched the water. We have NEVER experienced this before.

Pros: Great location, great and helpful staff. Very clean inside and out of property. Loved that breakfast started at 6 so my kids could eat before we left for the tournament.

Pros: Very clean room with nice facilities. Breakfast was above average. Nice assortment of coffee. Many places don't offer dark roast. Sausage was very good. Pleasant and helpful staff
