Pros: Have stayed there many times. Always our first choice in this area because of how well we are always treated and because of the exceptional value and quality for the price.

I would recommend this facility to my family and friends

Pros: The lobby smelled very nice going in. The staff were very friendly. The air conditioner works great and was very quiet. It felt safe. The furniture was updated and looked nice.

Cons: The bathroom light switch also turned on the vent. It was loud so when someone got up during the night to use the bathroom, the noise woke everyone up. You don’t always need a vent on in the bathroom. It needs to be a separate switch. The decor was a little outdated.

We were very pleased, it was worth the price.

Pros: It was very easy to get to, convenient off the Interstate but not close enough to have Interstate traffic noise. It’s not a luxury hotel but it doesn’t have luxury prices. Bed was comfortable, everything appeared to be clean. The staff that we saw were very nice. Breakfast wasn’t great but coffee was good.

Cons: There was an odor when you walk in the front door that the owners should probably address. I couldn’t distinguish what it was, but it might turn some people away.

Pros: The breakfast was good. The location was near the place we were going to. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice to have the ice machine near the lobby along with a variety of snacks in the vending machine.

Cons: The drain in the tub/shower did not drain well. I cleaned hair out of it, but I think it needed some drain cleaner in it as it may have had a clog further down. I was standing in ankle deep water at the end of showering.

Pros: Spectacular service from Mr. Armênio, very attentive, helpful, informed and always attentive, with the joy always on his face, giving us the feeling of being at home

Cons: When I swiped my international credit card, income from Brazil blocked almost the value of the 7 nights in addition to the ones I paid, and I'm waiting for a refund of USD up to 428.31, after checking out more than 15 days ago, still there in Dayton and paying in cash, other than that, it's spectacular

Pros: Always a good nights stay. Breakfast is quick and simple.

Cons: It seems a little older but they have made some updates and I stay there often
