Pros: We had a wonderful experience here. Everything was clean, comfortable, and felt like home. The staff was very welcoming. We especially loved the hot breakfast — it was fresh and tasty! This is definitely the best option in this price range. We will be back!

Pros: Our stay was short but it exceeded our expectations. . Price was great but the hotel was better than what we thought. It was a clean hotel, the room and bathroom, we're both very clean. Breakfast was great and included in the room fees. But what was most important was the reception staff were excellent, and went beyond expectation to ensure our stay was great. All staff member were very kind and joyfully. We will be back.

Pros: Good size king room with desk and couch with coffee table. Bathroom was good. Typical hotel breakfast. Great coffee.

Cons: Bed was too hard. $30/night was a little steep for a small dog, the highest we've ever had to pay.

Pros: Friendly staff, good location for visiting Carillon heritage centre. Guest laundry was a bonus after 3 weeks touring. Would recommend to friends who like good value over frills.

Pros: Full breakfast; good hours. Good parking. Decent gym. Fast elevators. Safe area. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Fantastic value

Pros: The hotel is a bit dated and a little worn (previously a Best Western), but extremely clean. Staff were wonderful. The hot breakfast was surprisingly good. Great location, and super value.

Cons: The beds were a bit soft, but considering the value, they were fine.
