We had an overall great experience, our room was clean, and the employees did a great job too!

Pros: I loved my stay here, it was an excellent experience!. The employees were so courteous, helpful, and just genuinely nice, the service was top notch! The room was clean and perfect for the price!

Cons: The only negative or unfavorable critique I have is that there was not much variation in the breakfast selections. We had the same breakfast all 4 days because there was nothing else.However, the breakfast was good for the price.

Our stay was very good and we look forward to using this hotel again.

Pros: Breakfast is always exceptional and the employee who manages the breakfast is always so friendly and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is just right with us!

Cons: The only thing I could mention was the temperature of the water in the shower was a bit too cold, could have been a little hotter.

Convenient, clean, and pleasant hotel that offers great value.

Pros: Good breakfast bar, clean facilities, friendly and helpful staff, great location.

Cons: The water in the bathroom is extremely soft, so much so that it takes a long time to rinse it off in the shower.

A nice place to stay with easy access to the major highways. We’d stay there again.

Pros: It was conveniently located and very comfortable. The complementary breakfast was quite good and the staff was friendly.

Cons: The closet was rather small which could have been a problem if we’d been staying longer or had winter coats. Be aware that they charge a small parking fee, even though it’s in a suburban area with plenty of space.

Quiet and relaxing after a very trying day.

Pros: Hotel staff friendly and accommodating. Gave me a room close to pool and elevator as I requested. Breakfast hostess super friendly and caring. Hotel clean and confortable.

Cons: Hot tub was not in service.
