Fairway Inn Florence Indiana

Pros: Location was great for our activities at Belterra. Sofa in the room was very comfy. Shower was nice. Clean room overall will definitely be back in the future.

Cons: Would have liked to have had a coffee maker provided in the room. Any motel that charges a $100+ a night should provide coffee in the room. Distance from room to front lobby was a nice walk in the morning for a cup of Joe so we didn't get any. Was not given Breakfast hours by front desk either so we didn't go. Shuttle not provided like stated during reservations was disappointing also. I understand Belterra removed that service, please inform all booking companies it is no longer a service provided.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and I would likely stay there again if we were in that area.

Pros: The price was right. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and roomy. Fridge and microwave in rooms. Beds were comfy!

Cons: Just could use some decor updates, and maybe newer towels. Not a fan of hotels with smoking rooms. But the smoke smell was not terrible. Our rooms were non smoking and inside the rooms didn't smell of smoke.

Pros: Great little location off the normal path. Friendly staff. Great rooms. Simple easy to check in and check out. Nice rooms

Cons: Wouldn’t change a thing

Pros: It was close to the Belterra casino. It was close to the Swiss Wine festival. Wood laminate are nice instead of carpet. The shower was big.

Cons: There were long black hairs and some dirt on our sheets when we pulled covers.

Excellent facility and staff

Pros: From checking in staff were exceptional. Ruth, Linda and Wilma. I even met the owner Bina. What a great place.

For the price of our stay, this location was very great for us. We will be coming back again.

Pros: Breakfast was quick and easy, exactly what we needed for our busy day. Loved the location as it wasn’t too busy and was quiet. The cute wild flower field behind it was so much fun with the girls. We talked with staff as it was very homey and friendly.

Cons: As this hotel does have smoking rooms, the smell of cigarettes is quite strong in the staircase. Quite a few noticeable spot of build up dust on items. Room was very warm due to the AC not being on, as this took some time to cool down (outside was cooler).

Pros: Other than the stained carpet in hallway it was a nice place to stay.

The price was reasonable.

Pros: That it was right across the street from Belterra Casino.

Cons: The property was fine.

It was a great day. The reservations were easy and we would come back again..

Pros: I would stay there again, but I would say the place needs just a little bit of an update not a lot. The comfortors on the beds need to be replaced. Ours had a few holes in it.

Cons: The price. And the location of it being right across the street from Belterra.

Pros: The location being next to the Casino; slowly doing upgrades to the hotel, friendly staff; smelled much cleaner !

Cons: No coffee maker in the room, but was okay otherwise
