Pros: Check in and out was fast. Location excellent for walley run!

Cons: Rooms weren't very clean, they were alot cleaner when we left since we wipe everything down prior to unpacking. Need more elevators. Had to pass up elevator 3 times to have enough room for us and baggage cart.

We enjoyed our stay.

Pros: The ved was comfortable. There was a hot breakfast. It was convenient with ice on the second floor. It worked out well for us.

Cons: Since we were up late a later breakfast would have suited us better. Whe you don't get to bed till 2 getting up and getting breakfast before 9 is a little difficult.

Clean and comfortable!!

Pros: The lobby and room was extremely clean, well kept and up to date. The staff was very friendly.

Cons: The continental breakfast was just ok. The waffles were delicious but the eggs and sausage left a little to be desired.

Attentive staff

Pros: Welcoming. Helpful. We stayed here overnight on the way to Milwaukee. We left a small bag behind. The staff (Mariah) called before we even got to Chicago to advise we’d left the bag. I advised them that we’d pick it up on the way back, a week later. When we retrieved the bag, we decided to stay overnight on our return trip. They were able to accommodate us and we had another satisfying stay overnight.
