Good place to stay for the money

Pros: The property was clean and neat, and the room was nice.

Cons: The fact that all the rooms on our floor said non smoking, but as soon as you walked out of the stairwell, the smell of cigarette smoke was very strong. 😟 The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were NOT! Please invest in some decent pillows!

Pros: I liked the bed, and the friendliness of the staff when I arrived. Was very welcoming and made me feel welcomed.

Cons: The ice machine was broken. Also when I went to check out. The staff that was on made me feel like I was a bother to them and they had other things to do. Like me checking out interrupted whatever they had going on.

Everything was good

Pros: The price for the value that we got nice bed ref and mic in room everything was clean nice size room

Cons: We had to pay a 100 dollar fee because we are local

The trip was good. Conveniently located to the Columbus Air Show which was why we were there.

Pros: The staff was nice. The breakfast was continental and went fast.

Cons: The only problem we encountered was the body wash was empty.

Perfect night sleep good breakfast in the morning and again great staff

Pros: I love this hotel they take very good care of you. The only thing that I think they could do better is some updating but that cost a lot of money and I understand.

Cons: The police are a little aggressive, but that is a good thing I guess
