Excellent central location, Great for families.

Pros: Great location in Columbus and the gym was adequate pool on the small side but nice for a splash about.

Cons: Some staff a little nonchalant and rude when asked a question. Some parts of the hotel need a little paint.

Good experience good value

Pros: It was clean and comfortable. I always love the shampoo and conditioner too. Just stayed one night so can’t really say much beyond that but I have used this hotel chain elsewhere.

Cons: There were light switches that went to nothing. The only elevator did not require the use of my key card. Other Courtyards by Marriott that I’ve stayed at did and I liked the security of that.

Cons: The shower stall in the bathroom were a bit small and difficult to manage but other than that A+ all the way.

Pros: Everything was great! The room was nice and clean, the staff was great! Was not very busy at all!

Cons: This isn't a huge issue or a complaint really, the only thing that was a struggle was the pool and the room the pool was in was sooo cold.. my daughter did not mind, but it was hard to get in and enjoy it.

It was a great experience, loved the stay, & everyone was nice. Everything was clean :)

Pros: I loved how nice all the employees were & they were so helpful. The queen rooms were a nice size & they fit my party of 8 kids, especially with the sofa bed.

Cons: I wish they served breakfast instead of the bistro bar they have.
