Comfort Suites Grove City - Columbus South

Was very cle3an and people were beyond friendly. The only thing I would say is smelled like smoke/po

Pros: the only thing we didnt like is the hotel smelled of smoking and pot

Excellent place to stay with a decent price and friendly staff.

Pros: Close to Columbus. Easy to get to. Great breakfast

My wife and I drive truck and we got snowed in so got on Booking. com and found this place. Definitely worth the money.

Pros: Around a lot of restaurants. The room was HUGH. Breakfast was really good. Sausage, gravy, biscuits, waffles, cereal, fruit, you get the point.

Cons: Can’t think of anything.

Pros: honestly everything was well, i loved it honestly, beds where comfortable and everything

Good place to stay. Employees from top to bottom was great. Walking distance to stores

Pros: Location was near a lot of little shopping centers

Cons: I was checked out early for no apparent reason when we had paid for 6 nights but it was quickly resolved.

Pros: Bed was spacious and the comforter and pillows were very soft.

Cons: The small little hand soaps could have a better scent or different variety. The fridge didn't have an actual small style freezer box for anything frozen.

The facility is relatively good.

Pros: The breakfast needs variety of fruits not just shrinking oranges.

Cons: I can't think of anything for now.

Ok..attention to details can make it break it

Pros: Upon leaving , we stopped at the front desk to return our keys and there was just a note that said to leave the room key ..No human to be found, also no receipt... We had also been there for a few days and had asked for clean towels and for our bed to be tidied up .. the manager had said they would get it done only to have us return that evening to nothing cleaned or straightened in our room ... We are handicapped, hints why we had a handicapped room .. our son went to ask for new towels and our DIL made our bed. We had our son ask for a wakeup call the next morning for 8 am and that was never given... any of the 5 days we were there. The first night checking in (my DIL had made the reservation) and the young man behind the desk argued that he couldn't find anything under the name ... Somehow he found it after telling me he had nothing with our names ...All in all it was a good hotel... It just seemed the only time we seen any one was when they were there to take our card...

Cons: Staff didn't seem attentive. None of the things we asked for we accomodated

Very nice staff. Rooms was very nice and clean.

Pros: It was great. Had everything we wanted. The lady that was working there was very profesional and very helpful to our needs. Very nice lady.

Excellent place to stay.
