Good value for money in a quirky accommodation.

Pros: The free parking was great and the check-in instructions were very clear. Well equipped communal areas.

Cons: The rooms were a little noisy as could hear the next room very clearly.

Lovely inn with comfortable rooms and excellent facilities

Pros: Lovely inn with comfortable rooms and excellent facilities. The owner texted very clear and helpful instructions for my stay. I stayed in the Damon room - a very comfortable room with en-suite. The shared lounges and kitchen were clean and well stocked with flatware and cups and cooking utensils. There is a coffee machine with a selection of teas and coffee. The inn is a short walk to a number of restaurants, cafes and the Great Lakes Brewing Company, as well as a short taxi ride into downtown Cleveland.

Pros: Clean, functional and something different and fun vs. a traditional hotel setting. Cool neighbourhood.

Convenient stay in a lovely old building that could use some updating.

Pros: Beautiful old home. Lively neighborhood with many good food choices nearby. Easy access and parking.

Cons: Bed was a little small. Other guests were noisy, though they settled down early. Wish they still served breakfast; for the price more amenities should have been included. Inside of building well-kept, but outside a little worse for wear. Could use a paint job!

Pros: Loved the historical aspect of the property and the proximity to Ohio City, walking distance to Great Lakes Brewery and close to Rock and Roll Hall of fame. My wife and I just had a great time and no hassle. Also the room was very quite and the bed comfortable

Wonderful mansion

Pros: Beautiful mansion, has parking. All instructions how to arrive and access mansion were clear. Kitchen fully equipped.

Cons: The front door doesn't seem very secure

Pros: Very nice Hotel with an outstanding location in the middle of Ohio City. The host was very nice and responded fast and in time. Also the rooms were clean and comfy.

Cons: The equipment inside the rooms was lacking of some stuff like an adjustable AC

Quiet, clean comfortable

Pros: There was no breakfast. Quiet spacious rooms in beautiful quiet neighborhood close to heart of city.

Cons: Carpets could be updated in main part of building.

Pleasant and convenient stay in good area.

Pros: Very pleasant historical building. Extremely comfortable bed. All was convenient and straight forward. Near West Side Market, good restaurants, cafes, etc. Easy code entrance. Good parking.

Cons: Our room was on the second floor, so the creaky thin floor above allowed all to be heard, thus frequently disturbing our sleep. Furnishings are less than elegant, but the bed was lovely.
