Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbus East - Reynoldsburg by IHG

Pros: The body wash, and hair cleansers were available in the shower, as well as lotion and handsoap at the sink. The breakfast was fresh and hot. The room was clean and had no odor. I would definitely stay here again.

Safe and comfortable

Pros: The guy at the front desk when I checked in was super nice and helpful. I had an issue with my credit card and he was so patient while I called my credit card to figure out what was going on. I was finally able to check in with my credit card and he was so nice I wish I knew his name.

Pros: Spacious clean room. Big shower w good hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was great! Breakfast lady was very nice...greeted us warmly.

Cons: Pool was too cold for me. Otherwise nice facilities.

Pros: The staff were very friendly & the breakfast was great. Plenty of shopping & food choices nearby.

Cons: The hotel itself was quiet. However, our room was at the front of the hotel & the highway noise was pretty loud.

Hotel is a little shabby but very clean with a friendly staff, comfy beds and an excellent breakfast

Pros: The breakfast exceeding my expectations. The attendant was very friendly, and the food was plentiful and varied. There were eggs, meats, biscuits and gravy, cereal, toast and muffins, yogurt, fruit, coffee and juices.

Cons: The room was very clean, but it felt a little shabby. The bathroom door handle came off in my daughter's hand, and so after that we couldn't shut the door because it was then impossible to open from the inside. The room faced the road and was a bit noisy, and the walls are thin and you can hear conversations in the hall and in the adjacent rooms. All in all the quality was consistent with the price, and the over all cleanliness, comfortable bed, and the excellent breakfast went a long way towards making up for the other shortfalls. Bring ear plugs and you'll be fine.

Pros: Friendly, efficient staff. Clean, comfortable room. Especially liked the pillows and the Dove soap.
