Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Columbus Airport East by IHG

Pros: Everything was perfect Thank you It's a very good place to stay for a few weeks

Cons: There was not any toilet brush in the bathroom

It was a very pleasant stay. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Very friendly and service oriented personnel

Pros: Close to the airport. We had an early flight so it was very convenient staying here. We left earlier than the servings of breakfast but gladly there were coffee machines 24/7 and it’s for free.

Cons: None

Overall a good hotel a excellent staff as well as a safe hotel.

Pros: Great breakfast, however, a microwave would be nice if you need to heat something after sitting awhile. The attendant was very nice and even helped explain where the sausage came from since my wife liked it so well. We really liked the auto pancake machine!

Cons: The beds were not as comfortable as we expected and could use pillow tops. Also, when we checked out there was only one luggage cart and we had multiple bags, etc. and had to make 2 trips to our car. We found out someone kept the only cart in their room and don't understand why they would do that as they were not the only guest. Both my wife and I have disabilities and that is a common courtesy to bring a cart back to the lobby when finished.

Pros: The spa was amazing, very comfortable bed, clean room, amenities were a nice add.

Cons: The coffee

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable! Breakfast was great, staff was wonderful and kind.

Cons: The pool was super green and cloudy, and the hot tub was filled with dirty foam while the jets were on. And Trying to pull in and out of the parking lot was difficult due to traffic.

I would recommend to others and myself will definitely be back.

Cons: I had a later sign out at 1 due to signing up for being a rewards member, and they came beating on my door at 12:30 while I was relaxing!

Pros: Sometimes an issue can arise but it’s how that is handled is most important. TJ was able to help when there was an issue with the HVAC.

Pros: It was great!! My wife and I went there in a snow storm after returning from a trip to Florida,and when we got off of the plane at 11 pm instead of driving to Charleston W.v. in a snow storm we just wanted a bed! The young lady at the desk was great, Electra I think was her name, but she was super nice the place was very clean and we slept like a rock! The next morning we got up and went downstairs to grab a muffin or something before we left we found an amazing breakfast! Biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon and sausage, the whole works and it was delicious!! Every employee that we saw was so helpful and nice!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!! Thank you all for being so helpful!

The best hotel stay I’ve ever had

Pros: The staff was above and beyond, the hot tub and pool were huge, the breakfast was delicious and a lot of options, and the bed was extremely comfortable.
