I would stay at the Towne whenever I am in the Columbus area, excellent facility

Pros: the location was in a good location for the event we attended, also the full kitchen and the room size was great, the staff was very professional and friendly. there were more amenities than at large chain facilities we have stayed in the past.

Cons: I found nothing that did not meet my needs

Pros: We were on a weekend trip with my father and he was nuts about the planes coming in for landings right outside our window!

Great place to stay.

Pros: The breakfast needed more variety. Not much the family would eat.

This hotel is hospitable, helpful, clean, comfortable, and generous!

Pros: The staff was so friendly and very helpful when it came to a couple of hiccups during our stay. They were quick to resolve any issues and made sure we knew that we were valued as guests. Our room was quiet, clean, and very comfortable! The TV has Netflix that you can sign into, and the kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils and pots/pans. They even have more kitchen equipment that you can borrow at the front desk, such as a blender and a rice cooker, and more.

Cons: I loved that they had oat milk available for the coffee and the front lobby, but I would love to see at least a couple of substantial vegan options at the breakfast. All I could really eat was toast or pre packaged grits. I wish they at least had cooked potatoes or steel cut oats, but each day it was eggs and bacon or sausage.

Cons: Fire alarm rang due to negligent “neighbor” and the smoke lingered for days.

Exceeded expectations!

Pros: Pleasantly surprised with the accommodations with the room (plates, pots, etc). The breakfast was also good.

Cons: The fire alarm that went off due to negligent “neighbor.” The smoke lingered in the carpet as well.
