Great location near the airport.

Pros: The Suites for an extra charge of USD 10/day are totally worth it.

Cons: Breakfast was clearly better than some months ago, but still room to improve.

Looking forward to the hotel shuttle service.

Pros: There is a large supermarket nearby, which is convenient. There is also a bus stop nearby, so it is easy to get to downtown.

Cons: I arrived after 10pm, so I were able to use the hotel shuttle service. I wish it is a 24-hour service.

Pros: We only stayed one night after a flight cancellation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and our room was very clean. We took the shuttle to the airport and the driver was personable and pleasant. Great stay!

Pros: Fast, easy check in, clean, comfortable room, friendly staff

Cons: Breakfast was average at best. There were no actual cups for coffee, just small disposable cups available

Lovely place

Pros: Lovely stuff, big room, Handy location, nice breakfast

Cons: The only issue was - after the fact late charge - 1 day after checkout to my credit card, which I had to contact and ask for invoice and explanation. and found out that I was charged for the early check-in. based on information that was sent to me 6 months before the visit. I still think that the charge and reminder is more fair and honest during the check-in and not a day after checkout, based on chat correspondence for general information 6 months before

Pros: Very comfortable and spacious rooms for the price. Staff is really nice.

Cons: The airconditioning makes a whole lot of noise. I had to turn it off so I could sleep and I'm not a light sleeper.

My second stay there -- handy to restaurants and freeway, but mostly quiet.

Pros: Lots of options available and eggs everyday was nice.

Cons: My husband can't hear and no closed caption on the TV was available unfortunately.

Pros: Breakfast was good and facilities was clean starves amazingly friendly.

Cons: There was nothing that I didn’t like. But however I have a suggestion to make or should I say request. It would be nice if you had shuttle to the convention center.
