Lovely rooms.

Pros: Day staff really nice and friendly. Lovely big room and bathroom. Wide selection of food.

Cons: Night staff not so friendly. Difficult to know there was a shuttle bus to the hotel. I found it by luck. Hot food didn’t look very appetising.

Clean, quiet, well trained staff, friendly atmosphere.

Pros: Full breakfast with healthy choices. Well presented and clean. Especially appreciated the full service coffee bar in the lobby adjacent to the breakfast area.

Cons: Exercise area was quite small.

Pros: Our flights was delayed and even though it is nearly 2 hours after checkin closed, Fred stayed up and waited for us, to our HUGE relief!!!

Pros: Wasn't able to experience the breakfast. Had to leave at 3:45am for a flight.

The stay was a comfortable place to wait out the snow storm.

Pros: The bathroom was so nice, and the room was clean. I liked the breakfast space as well. The shuttle bus driver should get a metal because he worked day and night to ensure that everyone made it to the airport and back safely.

Cons: The snow was not plowed completely right after the storm but it was understandable considering how cold it was and how much snow fell.
