Great Value

Pros: Staff was exceptionally nice and friendly. The location was easy to get to and located close to restaurants and gas. Clean facilities and the pool was very clean and warm.

It was a pleasant stay for the most part.. breakfast was good that’s a plus, and it was pretty quiet

Pros: Breakfast was good, staff was nice.. rooms were cleaned

Cons: People standing outside the front door smoking weed as children are trying to walk in.. no extra towels but one set in bathroom ( for 3 people) no extra sheet sets in rooms with sofa beds ( it’s the reason I booked a king with a sofa bed.. and the mattress were kinda hard.

Very comfortable bed and coverlet.

Pros: Good veriety of items for breakfast, helpful staff, quiet room without the usual noisy ac / heat units in the room. Close to airport where

Cons: We were there for 3 nights but had coffee supplied for only one day. The TV remote could up volume but not down volume.

Superb experience

Pros: Excellent customer experience. Would not hesitate to book again . Room was king suite - clean and well appointed. Hot breakfast marvelous. Highly recommend to any travelers.

Cons: I can say only good things about this hotel in Columbus. Nothing bad or even didnt like comes to mind

Pros: The breakfast was great. The room set up was real nice. The location was excellent for where I wanted to go.

Cons: The mattress on the bed was not very comfortable.

Super stay

Pros: I liked the closeness to the airport and the pool . It was an enjoyable stay after a long haul flight from Europe.

Cons: Maybe the check in procedure is in general in the USA pretty slow as you need to put your credit card down for the room and amenities , that times 3 as I booked 3 rooms. Nothing else I didn't like.

A comfortable, quiet place to stay near the Columbus airport

Pros: It's a close to the airport yet very quiet. My flight didn't arrive until a little after midnight, so I checked in quite late but with no problem at all.
