Nice staff and good location

Pros: The Staff was very nice, professional and helpful. The location: the hotel is very close to the airport and the city shopping center. The bed was comfortable, and the room in general was clean and well equipped.

Cons: Unfortunately it was noisy: the fridge and the heating made some noise, and you could hear people along the corridor and planes taking off. Breakfast was ok, not exceptional (not so many healthy and savoury choices) and there was too much disposable plastics.

Pros: Súper contenta con la atención ,personal muy amable ,sobretodo Michael y Victoria siempre atentos a todo y pendientes de si estábamos bien , además de todo los demás trabajadores con quienes tuve la oportunidad de conversar a pesar de que algunos no hablaban español pero se notaba el interés por comprender , agradecida con Carmen que nos ayudó con la traducción..Mis hijos se divirtieron mucho en la cancha de basket ,piscina y el compartir que hacen de lunes a Miércoles de 5 a 7 definitivamente es un plus que no me lo esperaba , a cargo de la encantadora Victoria , si tuviera que regresar a Columbus definitivamente volvería 😉

Cons: Debería mejorar en cuanto al colchón de los sofá cama considero que podrían ser más cómodos y así la estancia sería mucho más agradable

Good for a short stay

Pros: Good location, reasonable price, good variety breakfast, kitchenette

Cons: There is construction in parking lot, so less parking available,can park at next hotel if full. The bed was too soft.The room was fine, but could use an update.

Pros: Good location , free breakfast and the staff were amazing.

Will be coming back

Pros: It's a nice decent place & good breakfast including orange & bananas. The staff are very helpful & nice The shuttle to the airport was fantastic it's really a 5 minutes ride to the Airport, by the way my 2nd times .

Pros: Très bon petit déjeuner et bonne quantité et bon nombre de choix. Le personnel a été très agréable et professionnel, nous avons été très bien accueillis. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et bien chauffée. Nous avons apprécié les équipements à notre disposition.

Cons: Pas grand chose. Même si les chambres sont fonctionnelles, elles mériteraient d'être remises au goût du jour. Pour ce qui est des parties communes, le lobby était beaucoup trop chauffé.

Ótimo custo benefício! Recomendo fortemente.

Pros: Muito confortável e espaçosa. Também bem limpa e higienizada.

Cons: O chuveiro estava vazando muito.

Pros: breakfast was good. rooms were roomy and clean. dove soap is always a plus. private bedrooms is a big plus

Cons: exiting the elevator, theres a blind spot, you have no idea who is coming around the corner.
