I highly recommend to anyone!

Pros: The breakfast was hands down the best I and my family have ever had! The order fresh omelets were AMAZING and the cheif was polite, chipper, and made everyone smile. All the staff were accommodating, professional, and smiled freely. The rooms are very spacious, with table, microwave, mini fridge, and tiny coffee maker. The toiletries for the shower were large dispensers that everyone can use and they leave your hair and body feeling soft and clean. The pull out bed was fully functional, dressed, and easy enough for kids to get out on their own. Everything was very clean and in working order. The outside was also clean and well maintained. My husband loved the assortment of live plants with in hotel.

Cons: My only complaint was the pool water being murky to the point you couldn't see the bottom of the pool. The floor of the pool was some type of sheet metal I think and thst made it easy to slip on.

Great, we would definitely use Embassy Suites again

Pros: Loved all of it. The free drinks and appetizers were a huge plus.

We love staying here when visiting Columbus. Comfort, convenience, and food are reasons to stay here

Pros: Location is very convenient. Breakfast and managers reception are delicious and plentiful. Almost all staff were super friendly especially front desk, omelet station, and room housekeeping. Room well laid out and comfortable and quiet for sleeping even when halls were filled with loud hyper kids.

Cons: The shower curtain would not close and so showers were cold and uncomfortable. Hot tub broken. Pool way too crazy with unchaperoned, over the top wild children. Breakfast not frequently enough restocked, cleaned, or staffed for how many people were there this weekend. Elevators not sufficiently working to handle so many guests.

The staff and extras far exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful stay!

Pros: The breakfast was fantastic. The evening drinks and snacks were awesome! Every single staff member was so kind and seemed happy to be there.

Cons: The tv is nice but would be nice if it was a smart tv and the room felt a little dingy. But wasn’t bad.

A great start to our vacation

Pros: Jewel was very helpful and pleasant to talk with. Close to airport yet beautiful and tucked away from traffic. Great room layout. Nice hot meal!
