Best Western Columbus Airport

We enjoyed our time there. We will be back!!!

Pros: Very clean, organized, and smelled good. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The pool area was the best part!!

A good choice for a stay near the CMH airport

Pros: The room was clean and well-stocked with toiletries. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide variety including fresh peppers and salsa.

Pros: They moved us into a better room because they had given us the wrong room.

Cons: The clerk was unsure of a lot of things concerning the hotel.

Pros: Customer service was amazing. The rooms were comfortable. It was an overall nice place to stay.

Cons: Their breakfast could have been better but they did have some options.

Pros: It was clean and had lots of food options nearby. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Cons: Had to get to breakfast a little early cuz it goes fast.

Classy, spacious room with great beds and pillows.

Pros: The beds and pillows were unusually comfortable. The pillows kept their shape while in use, pleasantly firm and much better than at the other brand (much cheaper) I stayed the previous night. The lighting in the room was fantastic. There were many choices like subtle lighting from behind the headboard and closer lights at bed table. I had only one problem in the bedroom - the coffee maker did not work. It was not a big issue since I was soon going to breakfast. So I did not report it. I had a problem in the shower because it had only a thin cloth as curtain. In pushing aside to enter, a lot of spray got on the bathroom floor and I needed a large bath towel to mop it up. Plastic curtain would have helped.

Cons: There was no hot dish in the steam server tray with a lid. Only warm option was to make a waffle or toast. No hot water in the dispenser marked 'hot water' for people wanting instant oatmeal. Coffee urn/dispenser had run out by 7 am when I arrived. I hollered into kitchen but nobody was there so I told the overnight attendant and he scouted up the assigned person.

Pros: There really isn't too much for me to say. I've always liked this hotel and this is the only hotel I will probably stay at in columbus ohio.

Really nice place to stay with excellent staff!

Pros: Lobby was big and comfortable, indoor pool was a nice feature. Staff was very friendly and accommodating!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and see us booking with them again if we ever come back to Columbus.

Pros: The staff were incredibly friendly. Donald, who checked us in was sweet, personable, and helpful. The breakfast variety was good. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Cons: The only thing that caught us off guard was our toilet in our room. The handle would stick and it would keep running. Towards the end of our stay it wouldn’t flush. But we know that this is just a small, fixable issue.

Pros: Wry happy with this location. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Cons: There is nothing I don’t like .👍🏾
