Courtyard Columbus Airport

Pros: Comfortable room with balcony. Good gym and close to the airport.

Cons: The free shuttle from the airport took over 50 min to pick us up. Even though the hotel is only 10 min away from the airport.

Very nice hotel near the airport w complimentary airport transfer. 👍

Pros: I lived everything with the hotel from the beginning to the end. They picked me up at the airport, got me a very cozy spacious room, were helpful getting known to the city, and arranged the airport transfer after check out.

Pros: clean room, quiet, comfy bed, well equipped fitness room, easily reached from airport

Cons: very loud air-condition in room

Pros: The front desk people are so nice and accommodating , and they will run back and forth to the airport 24/7

Pros: Convenient to airport, free airport transportation , reasonable price.

Cons: Lack of nearby restaurant ti get a good meal.

We enjoyed staying in Columbus and the convient location to the airport.

Pros: This is the nicest Courtyard we have ever stayed at. Hope we can stay here again.

Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was the location of the sofa bed. It’s too close to the bed and the wooden edge is worn off where people have hit their leg.

Pros: The staff were all very friendly and the property was located in a safe, nice area. Our room was very nice and clean! I only stayed for one night at this property, so I didn’t get the opportunity to explore the amenities, but it seemed there were lots offered and available! Checkout time is 12:00, which is always a plus for late sleepers like myself!

Cons: I found nothing to dislike at Courtyard Columbus! I was very pleased with my stay! :)

Great bed. Good location. Terrible airport van service.

Pros: Left for the airport at 4am so didn't try the breakfast. The bed was comfortable though.

Cons: I was VERY disappointed that the van driver was off site at 3:30pm on a Friday and could not pick me up at the airport - as had been promised. WORSE, the staff who took my call repeatedly told me the driver would pick me up in about 10 minutes. After seeing me waiting for nearly an hour, a neighboring hotel driver took pity on me and drove me back. (I tipped him very well!) Using soft tones, I reported the problem to the hotel manager. She appreciated the situation and promised to talk with the staff, but offered no compensation for my trouble. I won't be staying at this property again.

Cons: The bistro the food took forever and it was cold. Should have been hot for the price I paid
