Clean and comfy but soundproof needs improvement

Pros: A nice and clean hotel conveniently located near the highway. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, featuring modern bathroom fittings. The breakfast is decent. Overall, the hotel appears to be very new and well-maintained.

Cons: The hotel is located next to a very busy road, and the soundproofing was not sufficient to block out the 24/7 traffic noise, making it difficult to sleep well. Additionally, there was a very bright light from the plaza next to the hotel. This could have been resolved by using the window shutters, but unfortunately, I only discovered them the next morning. However, even with the shutters closed, they didn’t help much in reducing the noise.

Pros: Thank you Jake ! We had an issue with the AC unit blowing out heat and he quickly responded and got us switched. Loved is positive attitude and he was a great ambassador for the Hilton product. As I love Hilton it was refreshing to see genuine pride !!!

The building is very nice and the room very comfortable. A nice stay!

Pros: The room was very clean. The entire place was very clean. The check-in and out was fast and easy.

Cons: The only thing was not really a problem with the facility, the traffic along the main road was terrible and made entering and exiting very difficult. Hopefully, a traffic light could be installed in the future.

Cons: The room space was tight for 4 people. Could hear music from the room next door until 10:00 pm

Pros: The staff was very helpful and friendly. I liked the coffee bar the bed was comfortable

Cons: I didn't like not having a microwave in the room. And not having a closet. Having to hang my clothes on the bar placed above the refrigerator was not to my liking.
