Good place to stay around Toledo.

Pros: The guy at the reception was extremely nice. He recommended a nice place for dinner on a Sunday evening which was very helpful.

Cons: The air conditioning was very loud even when off.

Pros: Convenient location to downtown. Nice and clean facility with comfy beds and nice spacious room and bathroom.

Pros: Clean and comfortable, the room was spacious and the bathroom modern and well equipped. A couch in the room made the stay even more comfortable.

Cons: It was expected but being so far from town was not ideal. It kept the price down though and parking was easy.

I really enjoyed my stay at the courtyard. I was comfortable and felt very safe!

Pros: I was really impressed with how clean and updated the whole place was!

Cons: A little weird getting to the parking lot, but not awful—it’s hard to find something to complain about!

Clean comfortable stay.

Pros: Comfortable and clean rooms. I liked how when we came back from being out during the day- our room was cleaned and straightened up.

Cons: My only complaints were the check in and internet. Upon check in, the line was very long and check in was moving slow. When it was my turn, he told me about the hold for the stay and how it would be $20 per night and I agreed and then attempted to charge my card over $500. I’m unsure what card was on file but it didn’t go through and he didn’t tell me until after the fact he was trying to charge that amount. He then stated I didn’t pay for my stay yet when I did so he checked into it and realized that I did and then proceeded to continue to check me in. When we got to the room, the internet on the tv wasn’t working and we called the front desk to ask about it and he said it was an ongoing issue that they were aware of but didn’t know when it would be fixed. Again I wish this was something that was stated at check in so then we would have been made aware.

Wonderful experience

Pros: This hotel was top notch with a gorgeous lobby, beautiful rooms and super friendly staff. The manager Denise went out of her way to ensure my check in went smoothly as I’d had an issue booking with a 3rd party.
