Quite and comfortable

Pros: I used as a base before my flight from DTW airport it’s only 45 minutes from here. Great position and very quite, clean and comfortable. Just walking distance to food and restaurants. Excellent staff they welcome you with a smile. Fair breakfast there everything you need to start the day.

Pleasant and comfortable.

Pros: Breakfast was relatively good, coffee was fresh and hot, atmosphere was pleasant. The dining area was kept clean and the trash cans were emptied regularly so there was no odor of discarded food.

Cons: Nothing really. Could there been a larger variety of choices? Yes however this is a hotel offering FREE breakfast,not a sit down “May I take your order” type of establishment. So all in all breakfast met the needs for the “most important meal of the day”.

Overall a great value and good stay. Staff was pleasant, and bed was very comfortable!

Pros: Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. We were right at the end of hall by the elevator, and I was concerned it would be noisy, but it was quiet through the night!

Cons: We'd requested early check-in (which we were granted). The room was clean, but there was a piece of a potato chip on the counter in the bathroom, and a couple of other crumbs on the floor that I wiped up. Not sure if the cleaning was \

I loved it

Pros: Easy to book. Easy to check in. Exceptionally nice and efficient concierge. Massage showers a bonus after driving many hours. Very clean and neat. Would definitely recommend and have done.

It was comfy and convenient.

Pros: The location was perfect and the room was very comfortable.

Cons: They didn’t clean the room daily. I was never told that I had to schedule a cleaning.

For a quick overnight stay it was wonderful! Safe location and nearby to where we needed to be.

Pros: Comfortable bed, shower pressure and size of space of the shower, shape of room made the entire space feel larger

Cons: No plug on the left side of the bed to charge phone at night, only on the right side, breakfast was ok

Beautiful, clean, and modern facilities. Great breakfast! Comfortable beds/pillows.

Pros: The other 2 hotels I stayed at with similar ratings and price were not as good. The breakfast had a few extras that really made all the difference in the best way!

Cons: The people above us were running and jumping until late at night. Also when I checked in I had to repeat things that I had already done when I booked.
