Nice place to stay

Pros: Everything was great. If anything needed improvement it would be the breakfast. Breakfast was until 9 and when I was down at 8:15 there was not much of anything left, food was warm but not real hot. One nice touch was the blueberry topping for waffles.

I’m truly grateful for the hospitality of Serra & Tiffany!

Pros: During my stay, two employees truly stood out — Serra and Tiffany. Both ladies were absolutely amazing, friendly, and helpful. Serra went out of her way to help me make the perfect cup of coffee and even gave me excellent directions to a local meat market I needed to find. Her kindness and attention to detail made my morning so much brighter. Tiffany noticed me struggling to carry food up to my family and immediately jumped in to help. She grabbed the coffee and juice so nothing would be wasted on the way to the room. That thoughtful gesture meant a lot. These small but meaningful acts of service made my stay memorable. Serra and Tiffany are wonderful representatives of this hotel, and I’m truly grateful for their hospitality. This will definitely be my go-to hotel when visiting Toledo.

Cons: The pillows were very flat, the room was tight and the pool was cold.

It was excellant until staff member wanted to deny me extended check out time.

Pros: Everything. I never experience the fire pit and I always plan to.

Cons: We had just problems with breakfast as lady didn't know how to manage with cereal. Also need more vegetables and fruits, some people don't eat so much bread

Great stay and friendly staff!

Pros: Room was so clean and updated. Appliances were not mini versions. Would be great for a longer stay although I was only there for one night.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: We have a lot of food allergies so a hotel that has a kitchen so we can bring and prepare our own meals is a must. We have stayed here before in a king size room and it was way too tight for 4. We did the 2 queen room this time and the size and layout were just perfect! The extra 75 square feet (ish) made all the difference to make this room just right. The beds are comfortable, I even miss all the soft puffy pillows since getting home. We were put in a corner room on the first floor which was nice and secluded overall, so that was nice with kids.

Cons: The bathroom sink was clogged so every time we used it, it backed up which is always kind of yucky when brushing and washing. The surfaces of the dining table and chairs could have been cleaner, there were streaks across them that didn't look very clean. My spouse said this property previously had flavored coffee creamer but was missing it this time, so that was a huge bummer for them. I know this is out of the hotel's control, but both mornings around 415/430am, the person(s) in the room directly above us decided to either bounce a basketball for about half an hour or do a high pace workout, I don't know, but nobody walks that much and that fast around their hotel room so there was definitely some kind of activity occurring and it trashed my sleep even with 3 sound machines we brought and used in our room.

Pros: The breakfast had a good variety. It was more than I was expecting. The area was clean and properly stocked.

Pros: EVERYTHING THEY WERE SO AMAZING AND EVEN WENT OUT OF THERE WAY RO HELP SURPRISE MY DAUGHTER FOR HER BIRTHDAY!!! THE STAFF WAS AMAZING!!!!
