Hotel great, valet parking terrible

Pros: Nice, clean, big, comfortable rooms and it was just around the corner from the mud hens stadium

Cons: The valet parking was AWFUL, I waited over 30mins for my car, which was better than the guy before me who waited over 45 minutes because they’d lost his keys!

Would definitely stay again wonderful place

Pros: room was clean, staff was friendly, decor was great, location was perfect for the concert and night life. lots of places within walking distance, great bars and restaurants nearby. so close to so many venues

Great place on Toledo

Pros: Location, easy to check in/checkout. We only stayed there for one night and had no trouble.

Cons: The pillows were somewhat uncomfortable. We had two really high pillows and two really low. It would have been great to have something in the middle.

Excellent stay! We will be back.

Pros: Room was clean and personalized touches were nice. The view looking down at the stadium was amazing.

Cons: The room was a bit warm even with the air on the lowest setting. The view from the windows was great, but being on the 14th floor it also added some heat from the sun shining in. Could have been a little cooler.

Amazingly clean and tidy hotel, located within steps of where is way going.

Pros: Hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained.

Cons: Staff was less than friendly, but did do their job. Only breakfast available was in the restaurant located in the lobby. Also no room service.

Pros: The location was right next to the Toledo Mudhens stadium and our overlooked the stadium. The valet parking staff was very customer friendly.
