A surprising good hotel

Pros: Everything was above and beyond from the property to the room quality and cleanliness. As I stated, it was beyond expectations. Breakfast was great. They probably have the biggest eating area from all the places I stayed.

A bit dated but a nice place to stay

Pros: It is a dated hotel but it was clean and the employees were very nice. The breakfast was good as well.

Cons: The main elevators were out of service but I'm sure that is just a temporary thing. The room was a bit small but it was fine for us.

Loved our stay. The pool was amazing and the bed and bedsheets made it super comfortable.

Pros: Loved the fact there was a hot breakfast. Based on the price I was expecting muffins and coffee but they had eggs, potato, yugurt etc. Myles Hamilton was very considerate. I had requested a room on the 1st floor and he was able to accommodate. Carol from housekeeping gave extra lotion

Cons: wish they had a non pork sausage eg turkey bacon, or chicken sausage option

Very pleasant and worth the stay

Pros: Very enjoyable, eggs were fresh, sausage was cooked through. Toast and pastry were fresh. Good selection of fruit. The person on duty payed attention to the needs, and was on top of things that went low

Cons: Ice machine on the 6th floor was not working so I did have to go to another floor to find a working one

Everything was clean I’ve been here about 3 times now and I have to say I absolutely love this hotel the staff was helpf

Cons: Only think I didn’t like was it didn’t have a microwave in the rooms please please please add a microwave so people don’t have to constantly go downstairs

Pros: Great price, nice heated indoor pool for the kids, right by the highway (20 minutes from the Browns game), next door to a gas station for snacks and to fill up, etc.

Cons: No complaints.
