Convenient comfortable and resulted in a great rest xperience.

Pros: Staff very friendly and courteous. Parking was convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was good and plentiful.

Overall great quality facility for the price.

Pros: Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Enjoyed the continental breakfast. Room rate was best in the area.

Cons: We got the last room available which was the handicapped room. The slope of the floor in the bathroom didn’t facilitate water to drain easily in the shower and the floor got quite wet which could have been a safety issue had we truly been handicapped or elderly.

Keeneland Visit

Pros: Excellent location. Very big and very clean. Lots of parking. McDonald's and Cracker Barrel within walking distance.

Cons: I booked the room on booking at 3pm. Checked in and the room was still being cleaned but I did make a late reservation. The chair was not comfortable.

Pros: Location is great, very nice and clean, front desk worker when checked in was awesome.

Cons: My room had a very awful smell, cleaner walked into my room on check out day a whole hour before check out. did not like that at all.

Pros: The staff was awesome! Location was great and rooms were quite comfortable!

Cons: - Breakfast was lacking… yes, continental; but, everything pre-packaged was not appetizing. Thankfully, short walk to Cracker Barrel! - Need king size pillows on a King Size Bed!!!

Pros: La simpatía del personal, la limpieza de la habitación y la especialidad de la señora encargada del área del desayuno, llegamos tarde y nos ayudó a cumplir con algo de lo disponible para no pasar hambre.

Cons: Los empaques de la puerta del baño, permite la salida del agua.

Pros: Room was clean and AC smelled fresh. Also great price.

Cons: There was a small spot of fresh mold in one ceiling tile in our hallway, but I saw no evidence of it in the room or that it was everywhere. Some of the laundry equipment wasn't working. No meat or eggs at breakfast.
