Despite the location, it was a pleasant stay.

Pros: The staff was friendly and very helpful. Most notably were Ratiesha (general manager) and Tiffany (front desk manager).

Cons: Location was far from major tourist attractions and shopping malls etc. Had to walk about 15 minutes to the bus stop to catch a bus to get to downtown and then take a transfer to go where needed to go.

Clean comfortable room but some shortcomings.

Pros: The location was nice-a short drive to the Opra House where we were going for a concert. The room was nice and clean. The bedding was comfortable.

Cons: The reservation stated that breakfast was included but we had to charge the cost to our room when we ordered from the cafe in the morning. There was no free breakfast. The hallways are dated.

Nearly perfect in every way!

Pros: Convenient location. Right off the interstate near our venue.

Cons: Did not have a free breakfast but did have a small cafe on sight.

Will stay here again

Pros: Kelsey at the front desk was awesome. I have a hard time walking and from the side doors was easy to get to the car but to get to the front desk from our room was a bit further and harder to do than expected.. for me. Breakfast was delicious, especially the french toast even though we didn't get the strawberries. Very clean and well kept inside, outside could use a little more care.

I enjoyed my stay. Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean.

Pros: It was close to the location I was driving back and forth from and very clean.

Cons: I didn’t like after 11pm we had to go through the main doors and the side doors were locked where parking was.

Perfect family stay!

Pros: Location and staff make this a very desirable hotel. Very well ran!

Cons: Only “bad” thing would be the pool being out of order. Kids were not fans lol

Pros: I like how it’s a more secluded area. You can’t really hear the traffic on the highway or roads. I also LOVED that check it out time was towards the later hours. We checked out at 11 but check out time wasn’t until 12 so I didn’t feel rushed to check out as soon as we woke up.
