Pros: It was perfectly fine for what we needed which was a clean and comfortable place to stay over night . Right next to a Cracker Barrel which was convenient .

Pros: The property was perfectly clean as I always experience at Fairfield Inns and Suites. This trip what set our experience over the top was the employees!! We had this trip planned for months but never expected a week in advance that I would shatter my leg, one emergency surgery, and a second surgery a day later. As soon as we arrived the reception desk asked if we would like to use a wheelchair? It made getting up to our room so much easier and with so much less pain. We went out to dinner and when we came back for the evening the wheelchair was still available. My injury happened so quickly prior to our trip that we were unable to properly accommodate for my new mobility issues but your staff stepped right in and made it the best stay possible!! Thank you!

Exactly What We Wanted!

Pros: Online check-in was a snap and the front desk staff was friendly, informed and helpful. The room was exactly what we needed and breakfast was delicious.

Typical stay

Pros: Location of handicap rooms. The first thing you see in an elevator is do not use in case of fire. It is hard to get a wheel chair down stairs. Also put handicap rooms near elevators instead of end of the hall.

Pros: The staff was friendly! Everyone was very helpful with a good attitude. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast had a good variety. Pool was clean.

Cons: The jacuzzi was warm but the bubbles did not work.
