Will Stay Again!

Pros: Good location for what I was in town for. Outstanding communication with owner!!! The main bed was comfy. Had ALL the amenities one could need for staying for a week. Past grateful it had a washer and dryer!!! It came in handy in a pinch. There is plenty of closet space and cooking space. The dishwasher worked great! There is good WiFi and satellite TV. Parking is cheapest on the side of the building, but it is NOT monitored. It definitely gave a really good relaxing vibe. I will stay there again if I ever need to come back to that town. Also, it blocked any noise from the nightlife so you could rest, which I found impressive because there are nightclubs all around it.

Cons: The area is a little sketchy, especially at night. It is on a one-way street. Parking is a little less to be desired, but the whole city parking is that way. The pullout bed is like sleeping on a rod. I believe the mattress is just thin. The sheets on the pullout appeared to be dirty, but there was a washer and dryer with backup sheets. The stairs are a little steep, but it is an older remolded complex. Overall there just isn't much bad, it was mainly all good.

This apartment was cute and will meet all your basic needs.

Pros: The entire apartment was clean and well stocked. It was nice that there was a washer and dryer available. This property was located within walking distance of a ton of great businesses. I liked that we were able to do a contactless check in, especially since we arrived so late the first night of our stay. This stat a great value given the prime location and the impressive comfortability!

Cons: Parking was difficult at night but that was mostly because we were unfamiliar with the area. However, the host did do a great job giving directions as to where you should park in the information packet sent before hand. A small fan for the bedroom would have been a nice addition but the ac did work well.
