Nice cozy comfortable peaceful clean place would definitely recommend

Pros: Convenient location in walking distance to a lot of newer restaurants. Easy to get in and out of property but parking is difficult at times. Overall very satisfied and grateful to hosts that were very helpful and quick to respond always very friendly offering assistance if needed. Nice place to stay at if coming to Cincinnati very satisfied very clean and nicely maintained

Cons: Only issues I’ve had is with the parking the trying to find a spot or being able to pay to park in parking lot next to building

Excellent, hospitable accommodation with a great proximity to the action!

Pros: This place was cleaner then my freaking apartment. Good area close to the good stuff in over the Rhine, good pricing.

Cons: Be warned that there are some vagrants about on the outside of the property.

We had a very comfortable stay and would even come back.

Pros: The location in OTR was amazing, as well as the feeling of security with a locked gate and front door to the building. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable and AC worked great.

Cons: Nothing. Maybe some coffee would have been nice.
